  World peace by lunchtime Here's a nice video I stumbled over today, an old standard done by an ensemble band that doesn't stink of the shambles of efforts like Band Aid in the past.

  Special girls to be grateful for

Three of them gave the weetbix tryathlon a good go today, India was third out of the pool and Henny was first round the bike leg, meaning that Jordi was also first round the run leg, making all three of them the first team home in the day's racing.

We then went home for pancakes and walked back a while later for the prize giving formalities
